Mobile Audiophile HifiMAN HM-801

Vừa được giới thiệu vài ngày nay, HifiMAN HM-801 là một máy phát mà như giới thiệu sơ khởi là những gì mà một tín đồ Audiophile cần mang theo mình.



Vậy thực ra nó là cái gì? Xin thưa, chiếc máy này phát nhạc bằng nguồn nhạc của bạn qua khe SDHC, hỗ trợ đến 128GB. Được thiết kế với DAC Burr-Brown PCM1704 (24bit 96kHz) nối danh và qua Opamp OPA627, HM-801 hứa hẹn mang lại âm thanh trung thực và ấm áp mà bộ DAC/OPA này từng làm trên một loạt đầu CDP, HDCD ballanced tầm giá tòm tèm trên dưới $1000 hay hiend soundcard trước đây.



Được thiết kế với khả năng thay pin gắn ngoài, máy có thể phát nhạc vàng nhạc tiền chiến và vocal với thời lượng từ 6-8 tiếng. Để đạt được chính quả, điều thứ nhất là bạn phải đi chép lại đống CD nhạc của mình thành một trong những loại dịnh dạng sau: APE, AAC, FLAC、WMAlossless, WMA, OGG, WAV hay MP3. Rất tiếc máy không chơi HDMp3 tuy nhiên để kéo thành file kể trên cũng là quá đủ.



Kích thước máy khá gọn 114 x 78 x 25.5mm.

Được bán ra với giá $700 và giảm ngay $100 tiền tàu xe khi bạn đặt trước trong thời gian này. Máy được bán vào tháng 6.

The iriver WAVE HOME is here (finally).

We've been seeing many different iterations of the iriver "UNIT" in the past few years. Well, iriver has finally made it into an actual product and it's now called the WAVE HOME. The device is going to be released as in parter with Korea Telecomm and is basically an IP phone. The device has two parts, a base station and a portable handset that docks into the device. The WAVE HOME is meant to be used for video conferencing, and to retrieve information like weather, traffic and news. There is also a note function that allows you to leave notes for your family members. There is one big disappointment though - the device does not separate into two parts to be used as a PMP like in the concepts. The device has not yet be released, and the only information released by iriver is on their international website (odd). I'm guessing that it will be released in Korea in the next few weeks, and we'll have more information then.

iRiver International

Surprise! The Cowon D2+ is here.

Cowon is notorious for keeping secrets and once again, they have kept the details on the D2+ completely secret from us. The D2+ is an upgraded D2 and will be released on the 24th. The big difference is the upgrade to BBE+ that's used in the S9 and a refresh in design/color that's very "iriver". There are 2 versions like before, one with T-DMB and one without. The addition of DMB will cost an extra $40 like the Cowon S9.
